Summer School: Future of Food

Between August 28th and September 4th, the researchers Lea Zentgraf and Madalena Meinecke took part in the summer school “Future of Food” at Castle Kirchberg in the state of Baden-Württemberg. The course was guided by the question: What can and should a sustainable system of food production and consumption look like? Through debates and activities, the two researchers from Food for Justice provided the group with important contributions to current discussions on the topic.
