Marco Teixeira at the Postdoc Academy for Transformational Leadership – Seminar IV and Retreat in Rotterdam

Marco Antonio Teixeira participated in the 4th Postdoc Academy for Transformational Leadership Seminar in Rotterdam from May 24th to May 26th.

The seminar addressed dilemmas of institutionalizing and practicing action oriented research, and foregrounds discussions on roles and identities in transition. During the seminar there were opportunities to reflect on the participants own work through the lens of transition and action research. The seminar encouraged self-reflection and balances between plenary, group and individual activities.

Marco Antonio Teixeira also went on a retreat after the seminar to celebrate and close a 2-year journey under the umbrella of the PostDoc Academy.
