2nd International Workshop Food for Justice in Heidelberg

Food for Justice is pleased to announce its second international workshop, which will take place in Heidelberg (Baden-Württemberg, Germany) on July 23rd and 24th. Organized by Food for Justice and the Heidelberg Center for Ibero-American Studies at Heidelberg University, in cooperation with the Institute for Latin American Studies at the Freie Universität Berlin, and funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).

The workshop will bring together national and international researchers and activists to discuss the political potential of food for societal transformations, covering dynamics in agrarian and food systems, social mobilizations, market-led changes, and political transformations in food politics.

Participation in the workshop and catering during the workshop is free of charge. We cannot cover costs for transportation, accommodation and daily allowances.
