Eryka Galindo presented “Food Movements: knowledge and social technologies for overcoming food insecurity in Brazil” in the Cycle of Debates on Human Rights in Latin America of the Postgraduate Programme in Human Rights of the Tiradentes University (PPGD Unit).

She and Augusto César Leite de Resende, Professor of Human and Fundamental Rights at the Tiradentes University, discussed perspectives of physical, economic and social access to safe, nutritious and sufficient food for society.
