Food for Justice is introduced to Heidelberg University’s New Rector

Professor Dr. Frauke Melchior, the recently appointed Rector of Heidelberg University, visited the Heidelberg Center for Ibero American Studies (HCIAS) on November 22, 2023, as part of her ongoing tour of university institutes.

During the visit, HCIAS researchers presented their projects and Renata Motta presented “Food for Justice.” The group showcased its core activities through a poster, and members Marco Teixeira and Judith Müller engaged in discussions with Prof. Melchior about their research project. The exchange highlighted the diversity of research at HCIAS and Heidelberg University’s commitment to academic excellence.
