Together with Saskia Richartz, project coordinator of FOODCLIC and member of the Food Policy Council Berlin, Lea Loretta Zentgraf facilitated a get-together and workshop with a group of geography students from the University of Reading at the Frizzforum Berlin on 20 September.
After a first round of questions and some insights into the work of the Food Policy Council and urban food policies in Germany and Berlin, the students played a game about the right to food, food justice and food poverty. The aim of the activity was to develop more interactive and engaging ways of co-producing knowledge with vulnerable groups and neighbourhoods.
A final discussion with the students, Prof. Michael Goodman and Sabine Mayeux (Reading University) concluded the workshop.
