Marco Antonio Teixeira organized a panel about activism and social movements around food. Renata Motta and several researchers from Brazil presented and discussed during the virtual event on June, 1. The guests speakers were Elisabetta Recine, Vilênia Aguiar, and Tainá Marajoara. They spoke about the current model of the food system and the challenges they face in a context of dangers to global food sovereignty.
